What is true for you at this moment in
time?
The practice of meditation is to
take the time to witness and observe what the mind is focused on at this moment in time. When one gives
attention to and brings light to these thoughts there is a pivotal shift that occurs which can greatly create
calm to the over active mind that constantly oscillate between the past and the
future.
When calmness is achieved, contemplation can begin to receive guidance from our
inner knowingness or from the intuitive mind.
This Intuitive Meditation break is simply a way of giving yourself permission to take
time out and see what is really going on for you at this moment in time. To see if you are breathing
normally or if there is stress and tension in your body. If stress is building up then the body is not
breathing properly causing loss of concentration and poor decision making. This short meditation
attempts to take you on a short intuitive meditation following the breath. Focused breathing helps
to release tension as well as allow the intuitive mind to show what is stored in the body where you hold
tension.
